Our Integrated Care Board (ICB) Board regularly meets in public.
Members of the public are welcome to observe these meetings held in public. Please register your interest by email: bswicb.communications@nhs.net
We will continue to publish agendas and papers for the ICB Board meetings on this website.
You are welcome to submit questions to the BSW ICB – these will be considered by the Board at its meeting, and we will publish responses together with the agenda and papers for the respective meeting.
Please email bswicb.communications@nhs.net with any questions a minimum of seven working days before the meeting date.

SW, Dorset and Somerset ICBs Cluster Board
Together with NHS Dorset ICB and NHS Somerset ICB, BSW ICB has formed a joint committee, the Cluster Board.
This Cluster Board meets every other month in public. For information about how to ask the Cluster Board a question, watch its meetings, or access its meeting papers, please visit the Cluster Board pages.
The BSW ICB Board will now meet only infrequently. Its meeting dates and papers will be published on the BSW ICB Board pages.

If you would like to submit a question for this meeting, please send your question(s) to bswicb.clustergovernance@nhs.net no later than seven working days before the In-Common Board meeting.
The In-Common Boards will respond to your questions at the start of the meeting, and we will publish these responses after the meeting.
Please be aware that the In-Common Boards will not consider questions that are:
- Defamatory, offensive or related to individual members of staff
- Confidential or sensitive
- Deemed to be overtly political
- Substantially the same as a question that has previously been answered
- An individual complaint or matter relating to an individual’s care or treatment (please see the ICBs’ websites for how you can make complaints, submit Freedom of Information requests, or Subject Access Requests)
