Francis Campbell

Francis Campbell is the senior GP Partner and a GP Trainer at Elm Tree Surgery in Swindon, with over ten years of frontline general practice experience. A University of Bristol graduate, he trained and has practised throughout the Swindon system.

As Primary Care Partner Member on the BSW, Dorset and Somerset ICB Board, he represents providers of primary medical services at integrated care system level. He chairs the BSW Area Prescribing Committee and is Clinical Director for his Primary Care Network.

Francis previously served as Swindon Locality Healthcare Professional for BSW Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and as a Governing Body member of Swindon CCG.
