Trowbridge Integrated Care Centre opening date confirmed - Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire ICB

We are pleased to confirm that the new Trowbridge Integrated Care Centre will open at 8am on Thursday 30 April 2026. The new Integrated Care Centre is located at Hammersmith Fields, opposite the current Trowbridge Community Hospital, close to Trowbridge Health Centre.

All services currently delivered at Trowbridge Community Hospital, including the minor injuries unit and outpatient maternity care, will be provided at the Integrated Care Centre from Thursday 30 April. Patients should attend the centre for minor injuries or scheduled outpatient appointments from this date.

Services will continue to be provided as normal at the Community Hospital until 8pm on Wednesday 29 April 2026.
