Pam Webb

Pam is currently a Trustee and Director of Voluntary Action Swindon (VAS), the infrastructure charity supporting the local voluntary sector. Pam is also a member of the BSW ICB VCSE Alliance.  She has worked closely with her infrastructure colleagues in BaNES and Wiltshire since she initially took on the role of CEO of VAS in 2019, before moving to her current position   Previously she was head of the Zurich Community Trust, the UK Corporate Foundation for Zurich Insurance in the UK.  Pam has a broad range of experience of the Voluntary Sector through her previous role as a strategic funder, her role on the Board of the Association of Charitable Foundations for 6 years and her roles at VAS.  She is passionate about the vital role the voluntary sector plays and can play, in delivering important preventative services as part of an Integrated Care System and looks forward to championing the sector on the Board.
