Stephanie Elsy

Stephanie Elsy has worked in the delivery of public services for 40 years. She was a Chief Executive in the VCSE sector, managing community health and care services before becoming an elected member and Council Leader in the London Borough of Southwark. She was on the Board one of the first PCTs to integrate NHS and LA budgets and leadership. She has also worked in the private sector and now has a portfolio of Non-Executive and consultancy roles. As well as being Chair of Bath and Northeast Somerset, Swindon, and Wiltshire ICB, she was until recently a Non-Executive Director at a Community and Mental Health Trust and is also Chair of the NHS Confederation Health Inequalities Reference Group.
