Trowbridge Integrated Care Centre is a new state-of-the-art health and care facility and that opened to patients on Thursday 30 April 2026.
The £16 million centre represents significant investment in state of the art facilities and will bring real benefits to people living in the town and its surrounding areas.
Some of the benefits include:
- Relocating all health and care services currently based in the now outdated Trowbridge Community Hospital to an ultra-modern health and care environment, which is not only more comfortable for patients, but also reflective of a truly 21st century NHS
- An improved parking experience, with the site having more available bays for both patients and staff, along with measures to prevent spaces from being taken up by people not actively visiting the centre
- The centre becoming a hub for multiple health and care services, with teams from different organisations working together under one roof to help provide local people with a seamless, more joined-up NHS experience.
- Using the latest green technology, such as solar panels and heat pumps, to help the centre become fully self-sufficient and net zero carbon.
